Zen & Co 7th Anniversary Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Customer will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance for every RM45 spent at Zen & Co outlet. Minimum RM45 spent per receipt per draw.
Employees of Zen & Co, their immediate family members, advertising agencies of Zen & Co, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Zen & Co has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
The Promotion is open from 15th July 2022 to 15th August 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Draw will be announced at Mid-September 2022.
Customer will be required to submit their lucky draw entry between 10.00am, 15th July 2022 to 10.00pm, 15th August 2022. Lucky draw entry after the stipulated period shall be considered invalid and void.
All details and particulars submitted in the lucky draw contest must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible lucky draw forms will be disqualified.
Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw coupons are picked. Zen & Co shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner.
Zen & Co shall contact the Winners via phone within seven (7) days of the conduct of the Lucky Draw (“Notification”).
The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Zen & Co for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
Zen & Co shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond Zen & Co's reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Zen & Co, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Zen & Co 7th Anniversary Scratch & Win Terms & Conditions

Spend min RM45 in a single receipt to entitle for ONE (1) “Scratch and Win” card. First come, first serve. Split receipt is not allowed.
The reward is valid to use from 15th July 2022 to 25th August 2022.
The reward is valid for dine-in only.
The reward cannot be used in current transaction.
The reward can only be used in a single transaction and no split bill.
The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, nor exchangeable for other reward vouchers under any circumstances. Rewards should not be sold, exchanged or transferred for value under any circumstances.
Zen & Co reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
